Bhd. corporate philosophy is to optimize its human resources to carry out project viability studies, investment appraisal and project implementation management with Innovative, Creative and Professional work ethics. The company is currently undertaking ventures in the construction, project management of petrol stations industrial in Malaysia.

Pembinaan Jaya Cergas Sdn. Bhd. is supported by strong technical background manned by very committed and highly skilled workforce. The two directors, Mr. Yau Teck Chong and Ir. Simon Ching are experienced engineers turned contractors. Yau Teck Chong, with more than 13 years experience in successfully managing projects, has competent technical and professional expertise to manage projects of multiple millions, and able to build and lead a team of professional to oversee the planning, design, construction, commissioning and approval of facilities necessary to complete project within set time, quality and budget target.
Ir. Simon Ching is an engineer who has more than 10 years working experiences local and abroad, he has experience in corporate business ventures, project management and local contracting. He has in depth knowledge in technical feasibility study and financial analysis, and over the years worked as senior executives in various established companies has gained him vast experience in project management in professional way.
